Each week approximately 4-5000 .CA domain names that expired and were not renewed by their owners are made available for re-registration by the general public. In order to provide fairness to all parties that may be interested in registering an expired domain name, the .CA registry has created a special domain registration session termed TBR. This special TBR session is held each Wednesday at 2:00pm Eastern Time.
